The deadline for the Arizona Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Arizona Manufacturers Council鈥檚 (AMC) Hottest Thing Made in Arizona contest is fast approaching. Nominations must be in by October 1.
All nominations must be submitted through the official , where participants are required to provide details about the product, including the manufacturer’s name and contact information for the nominator.
Once the submissions are in, the public will be able to vote on their favorite entries.
Participants can submit any number of products as long as they are manufactured within the state. The companies producing the products do not need to be headquartered in Arizona, making it an inclusive event for any manufacturer with a presence in the state.
This contest is a celebration of Arizona’s thriving manufacturing community, which employs over 630,000 workers and contributes more than $77 billion annually to the state’s economy. It highlights the best products made in Arizona, offering manufacturers a platform to showcase their innovations.
Following the nomination phase, the top three products with the highest number of votes will advance to the final round. The vote counts will reset at that stage, and the ultimate winner will be announced at a special reception during the next month.
This competition, which debuted last year, saw the Boeing AH-64 Apache Helicopter claim the inaugural title. With even greater anticipation this year, organizers are hopeful for a broader array of products that demonstrate the creativity and innovative spirit of Arizona’s manufacturing sector. For more information on how to participate, submit nominations, or vote, visit the contest鈥檚 official website at.
